Great company, great people! If you interact with any one of them for even 5 minutes you can see their genuine care to help. They are fair, attentive and always willing to listen. Clearly they can’t help everyone but they will try. I trust this company with all of my real estate and property management business.

This company is very shady and scandalous. Before we applied to their rental property, we disclosed to them that we had low credit. They told us to apply, as they present applications to the owner and it’s the owners discretion. We put in an application as soon as the property came on the market, thinking we had a good chance since they told us applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. They told us they couldn’t present our application to the owner until after we toured the house. We toured the house, it was us and one other lady there. The agent told the owner as he was leaving she would be about half an hour (so I know there wasn’t anyone else that came bc we were there for the whole 30 minutes). The following day we asked them to process our application. Then , we get an email that states we don’t qualify to rent through them. When I called them out and told them they said it was at owners discretion, they then came up with a different excuse that the owner already looked at our app and declined it. Little do they know, I have personal contact with the owner and they are now going to have to answer to the HUD for discrimination since they refused to present our application to the owner.

There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few things but after some deliberate conversation between parties, everything smoothed out great! Debra, my showing agent, was absolutely incredible! She took over and immediately took the reigns. She was very communicative and worked around my crazy schedule to get ad many people in the home for showings as possible and the team behind her worked very diligently to get my property rented out on a very unexpected and condensed timeline.

Don't bother trying to schedule with Cynthia. She hardly ever responds and when she does she won't give you an appointment time until the day of and then will claim her other showings canceled so she'll cancel your appointment at the last second. That's her excuse every time.

This was the second time I worked with Daniela and I can't give enough praise for both her knowledge AND her professionalism. What a beautiful experience!! She is such a lovely, caring person!
