I have had the pleasure of working with one of the best realtors in my opinion in Colorado Springs, Daniela Galvan! Daniela is SHARP! She is very attentive and professional. She helped me find my beautiful home in a market where it is a very competitive time to purchase! All my calls, questions and concerns were addressed in a timely matter, almost immediately! I read the reviews and comments on this company and I’m so glad that I didn’t let a few negative comments affect my decision on going with the Galvan and Gardner company. I believe someone out there has too much time on their hands and is trying to sabotage this company because of their own negligence! The negative reviews I read are suspicious so please don’t base your decision on some phony reviews. I highly recommend Galvan and Gardner! Not only did I go with G&G, my parents did as well and we couldn’t be more happier with our decision!

Did a great job! I've purchased and rented homes in a few different states, this company was hands down the best. Don was my agent when I bought a home, and then I used his company to rent it and finally sold the house a few years later. This company managed the first home I rented when I moved to COS. I was a tenant and then became a homeowner. All was made possible with the help, support and knowledge of Daniela Galvan and Galvan and Gardner. When it was time to sell once again Galvan and Gardner was there to make things easy and help us to successfully close.
